However, this spectacular destination lodge has been entertaining travelers for years & is becoming one of the most popular homes in our Yonder luxury portfolio, and very quickly became one of the most requested! It is not surprising when you put a uniquely located & comfortable home together with simply spectacular views, outdoor spaces & amenities. Mountain River Alchemy is a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom eclectic retreat . It features top of the line amenities, two outdoor decks overlooking the mountains, with ample seating and a grill. The upper and lower decks allow our guests to experience the breathtaking long range views of the Blue Ridge Mountain. The home boasts new and upscale furnishings throughout. The kitchen offers state of the art stainless steel appliances, double ovens, quartz countertops, and is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and appliances needed for creating wonderful meals, all while enjoying the view. The main living room features a fireplace with a large-screen Smart TV. Comfy seating for 6-8 people. The nearby Dining area offers a large dining table, and the chef-friendly kitchen with plenty of prep area, and barstools for folks to drink, eat or just hangout together. The bedrooms afford privacy and very comfortable sleeping. The home affords free WiFi and Smart TV's in all living areas and bedrooms. All mattresses are allergy free, memory foam, with organic duvets. Ample bedding and comforters are available for chilly nights. Mountain River Alchemy affords easy access to the Biltmore Estate, shopping in Biltmore Village, the River Arts District (walkable for the intrepid) and Haywood Road with its energetic collection of restaurants and shops! You are within walking distance to Climbmax climbing gym, the River Arts District and several coffee shops & restaurants, as well as river access to float the river with shuttles available by Asheville Outdoor Center located just down the street and rentals through Zen tubing. You can even enjoy a relaxing float to the newly opened New Belgium brewery located just around the corner. While everyone enjoys the outdoor views, amenities & more, for those that just want to kick back and relax, you can pull up a chair and take in the view, (the long & short range views are spectacular!!), observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fireflies come out to play in your backyard. Host Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy works in three phases:

Phase 1: Cancellations that are made more than ninety-one (91) days prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, less the processing fee, a $350.00 service charge and the Travel Insurance Premium (if purchased).

Phase 2: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ninety (90) to sixty-one (61) days of the arrival date, forfeit the initial 50% payment.

Phase 3: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date will forfeit all payments, except cleaning fees and applicable taxes. Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent*. *Email constitutes effective written notice and is governed by the timestamp of email receipt
