GUEST COMMUNICATION: Guests receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for review and signature. Once the rental agreement has been submitted guests will be directed to a Welcome Book complete with important check-in details, cabin information and noteworthy local attractions. The Welcome Book will be resent via text message and email 24-hours prior to arrival. SMART-LOCK SYSTEM: All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Rentals properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared. SUPPLY STARTER KIT: Our Starter Kit includes 2 rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. It is just enough to get you started, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
