Hundred Acre View sleeps 12 guests comfortably and offers ample indoor/outdoor space for the entire family to enjoy. Enter the home on the main level which features a king bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower. Down one level puts you in the oversized bunk room complete with two sets of full-over-queen bunk beds and another full bathroom. Head upstairs find the stunning kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped including all supplies needed to cook a delicious meal! The large eat-in island features stunning granite, a microwave, and a wine/beer cooler. The welcoming living room offers a cozy gas fireplace and a large flatscreen TV. Step outside onto the spacious deck to be greeted by sweeping long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy a cup of coffee or wine while sitting in front of the wood-burning fireplace outside during cool summer evenings. The upper most level of the home offers two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and full bathroom and the other with a king bed and full bathroom including a soaking tub! Hundred Acre View offers guests a true mountain luxury experience! Please read before booking: All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day. The gate hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm Saturday: 8am - 4pm Sunday: 8am - 2pm IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ELEVATOR ACCESS IN THIS HOME: The elevator will only be opened upon advance request, and with the pre-payment of a $500 refundable security deposit. The elevator is not a toy and should be used by adults only as needed to access the upper and lower floors of the home. If you need use of the elevator during your stay, please inform our office before arrival and we will collect the deposit and unlock the elevator. All activities are led by NRA-certified instructors. Please contact the club for info on pricing and reservations. - Seasonal parties and outdoor events such as live music. - Fire pits, bar, and a seasonal food trailer. - Expansive hiking and ATV/UTV trail networks snaking across all 6,000+ acres of BRMC. - Over 60 miles of creeks and streams, a variety of waterfalls, plus a number of coveted fishing holes. - Pickleball and Bocce Ball courts. - Horseshoes. - Lookout Grill (seasonal restaurant with indoor/outdoor bar). - Spa and massage services for an additional charge! - Ascent Wellness & Fitness center including: Personal training Private classes such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, and more! ADDITIONAL NOTES - The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is a up-and-coming community with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, and on Friday's from 7am to 5pm. Quiet interior work is allowed on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed. - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. - Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST - There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles. - Delivered firewood for the outdoor fireplace, may be added to your booking, up until 1 week in advance of your arrival. You get two small dry kiln wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax. Please reach out with how many nights you would like to purchase. - This home is pet friendly to 2 mature, well-trained dogs that are 40 pounds or less. Pet fee is $25 per day, per dog. - The garage is not available for guest use. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional $25 amenity fee per booking in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website. - Guests must remove their own trash to the community Dumpsters near the home's street. - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
